Delish! Expiration date 02/27 which gives me plenty of time to use 6 boxes. My 4 daughters and their families are all coming for a week at Christmas and they all LOVE this brand! It smells like Angel food cake as you mix it. You must use real BUTTER! Thank you!

This product makes excellent Belgian waffles and pancakes. I have tried them all and by far and away this is the best product on the market

My family loves waffles but it is time consuming to make from scratch. I’ve tried several waffle mixes from local grocery stores but the taste was never quite right. I took a chance ordering this mix and am so glad that I did. The instructions are simple-add a small amount of melted butter along with water. Mix well and pour into your waffle maker. The waffles come out perfect and taste great. There are two packets of mix in each box. I have a Ninja waffle maker and have found that each packet makes two large waffles. I definitely recommend this product.

Excellent product, the house is never without it

To mirror all the other reviews, I am not one who cooks from mixes but this is too good and easy to pass up. I have tried other mixes this season, hoping to find a good one to give with the Kitchen Aid double waffle iron I gave out to several folks on my Christmas list. This was by far the best! Other mixes like Golden Malted are good but make a regular waffle. This mix makes a really good Belgian Waffle! While not quite yeast risen quality, I have to say I just don't care because the waffles this mix makes are so good and only take a matter of minutes to make rather than hours. The fact that all you need is the mix and some butter and water is great because you can keep the mix on hand for emergency breakfast cravings when you find yourself low on eggs and don't feel like going out. I guess my only complaint would be that the whole box of mix only makes four waffles in my big round double waffle machine but that is minor. I don't plan on looking any further for other mixes, this one is it for me. Update: I’ve been using this mix for years now and still love it. My trick to get even fluffier waffles is to add 1/4 Tsp fast rising yeast to each 2 packet recipe - I never make less than both packs since the waffles freeze so well. My only other addition is to sometimes vary the flavor with a little lemon peel or punch up the vanilla flavor with some fresh vanilla bean. I like my waffles crispy, so make them and then hold them in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes.

You can make very very tasty pancakes from it. I love it, ate so much so I gained weight. But very tasty

This is, by far, the best waffle mix we've tried. Our All Clad waffle maker works beautifully, but the waffles it makes are no better than the recipe or mix that goes into it. I had been using WilliamsSonoma's waffle mix, and the waffles were fine, but it seemed to me that there must be something even better. So, I bought every variety of waffle mix available (5 in total) at the two grocery stores I use. Then I had to decide which one to use first. After reading reviews online for each of the five, it seemed clear that the Classique Fare was the hands-down winner. The waffles it made were perfect, rich golden brown on both sides with a light, crispy exterior and just the right balance of light & substantial on the inside. The Classique mix calls for adding water as well as a Tbsp of melted butter, and this might be part of the difference. I melted the butter as called for, and also warmed the water in the microwave so the butter wouldn't start to solidfy. Simple and delicious. I think our waffle maker is going to get a lot more use.
