Perfect fan for the room.Not noisy.

Easy to put together, and does its job I can now sleep at night

Great item, works well but expensive to run!

I did read the reviews but as we know they are not always accurate. So - I believe I can sleep with the quiet humming noise that all vans make ( but I would say that this humming is lower in levels of noice ). Also when buying a fan look at the motor wattage. This is a 40 watt. That means that it is quite powerful which is probably why it’s not so noisy as others. ( it’s not flat out and struggling to do what it’s supposed to do ).Some motors are only 20 watt so would have to work harder to produce the volume of air bringing pushed in your direction. ( that may be a strange way to describe it but I think you know what I mean ). So even on the first( lower ) setting it gives off a very cooling flow of air which is what we want on a high temperature moment day or night. Being a 12 “ blade also obviously also helps. So to round off - it looks well made, is powerful enough to get the job done and is quiet enough for the bedroom. No more struggling with sleep on a hot night. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend this fan. ( not that I could say the same with the delivery - not reading the note on the door and lying, saying it was passed to customer. ) I guess people that struggle with English need to be taught by Amazon to read the note on the door, not just leave it unattended on the doorstep ). Even though i'm not going to use it now, will use it in summer, this fan looks sturdy, no exceesive noise and looks durable. It saves a lot of space and easily portable from one room to another room. Easy to disassemble and put it away in the wardrobe to use it next summer

Good price . Decent fan .

SO flimsy, as soon as we unpacked it we had our doubts. The handle on the top literally just came off in our hand on its first lift. It was relatively quiet, but the cheap outer wire guard started vibrating despite tightening the screws. Straight back in the box and returned. Cheap rubbish, don't buy it. I expected better from Russell Hobbs.

Decent enough fan, easy to assemble and effective. My only issue is the motor has burned out in a year; second one to have done this. I appreciate the price point but I would expect it to last longer than a year - although it has had daily use, so I can't complain too much! Worth it for something cheap but be aware you could be buying it more frequently.
