Draw-Tite 76031 Class 4 Trailer Hitch, 2 Inch Square Receiver, Compatible with 2013 Infiniti JX35, 2014-2020 Infiniti QX60, 2013-2020 Nissan Pathfinder.

My husband bought this for my birthday. We bought my Nissan pathfinder because it had the ability to haul our small trailer or our jet skis. Unfortunately Nissan dealer refused to put a hitch on the car because it would ruin the rear hatch kick open ability. I never use the door kick so I said I didn’t care but they still refused. Well this hitch was so easy to put on my hubby did it alone. No drilling necessary. Used available holes already in the frame and there no way it damaged the kick door. You can’t use the kick option because the sensor is blocked by the hitch but I haven’t missed it yet cause I never used it anyway. Since it’s still there and we didn’t damage the sensor, this addition hasn’t lowered the resale value either. I’m sure it’s as easy to remove as it was to install.

arrived well packaged and fit as describes. it went on a 2019 infiniti QX60. everything went smoothly and some videos show that you have to cut a square inch from the bottom of the rear bumper facial. You DON'T so don't do it. it fits without cutting your bumper. Also I recomed you use an impact drill to shake the bolt loose and then use a wrench. Secondly once all original bolts are out use some rust breaking spray on one bolt and on spray it on the holes that will be used to mount the tow hitch. let it sit and then use the original screw and screw it and unscrew it before installing with new bolts. this will make the installation much easier.

I received the hitch assembly but I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MOUNTING HARDWARE: BOLTS, FLAT AND LOCK WASHERS!!

I got the bar 1 day earlier than expected. It was fully packaged it was well put together. I am so glad that I got this item I have not tried it yet, but I am sure that it will make a difference AND DO THE INTENDED JOB. It looks professional, and we maybe took an hour to install only because we had to cut the little plastic edge piece off of the truck that was stopping the bar from becoming flush. We had two people on the job, and I had to hold the other side up with my knees after attaching one side! all in all, a good buy!

easy to install but we did have to to cut a bit of plastic. (You tube is great) 2 people with a torque wrench and other asst wrenches.

Was fairly easy to install on my moms 2020 pathfinder S. Two notes: pathfinders without the factory tow package (which if you are reading this, you likely don’t have) will need to remove the factory tow hook point on the driver side rear in order to install this. It’s easy but isn’t in the instructions. It’s 4 bolts to remove and they aren’t connected to anything but the frame. 2nd, the stock lower bumper plastic may be in the way a bit. On my mom’s, the hitch flexes the plastic a bit, but not enough to be really obvious once install is complete. A more complete install would have instructions to trim that part a bit to make it fit perfect.This does not come with the wiring harness to connect to a trailer.

The instructions left out one step to make this a LOT easier!!! My Pathfinder did not have the heat shield to trim or worry about. However it did have a tow hook (see photo) under the driver's side. If you remove the tow hook it makes the install go a LOT easier, especially if installing yourself!! And, since you're adding this hitch, you won't need it anyways!!!! The tow hook is held in place by four (4) 18mm bolts. Just remove them, remove the tow hook and THEN install your hitch!!!! It makes the process MUCH easier!!!! Also, here's a tip if installing yourself without any help; use a jack stand to hold up the end of the hitch that you're not starting the bolts in first. When you get one bolt started loosely on one end, then start a bolt on the other end. Start all six (6) of then bolts and then tighten, one bolt alternating from side to side. You'll have a great hitch installed in no time!! It only took me about 45 minutes, start to finish, working on my back on the ground, by myself!!
