Awesome deal for the $
My wheels made an extension a must, and these were the answer. Easy to install, great quality, and I have put on a few thousand miles with no issues. I highly recommend!

these are valve STEMS
they stem from the valve of the wheel. i bought these as a replacement for broken rubber. they didnt work at first. so i took the wheel off and removed more corrosion, then they worked really good. if im being honest, it wasn't this products fault, it was mine. seal good. leak bad. i'm indifferent to screw on style, they are definitely easier/more convenient to install/uninstall. work well. yup. good.

impossible to adjust
When I first installed it, I overtightened it causing the seal to collapse into the hole in the wheel. I backed the nut all the way out , then tightened it till it started to get compressed in the hole in the wheel. I backed it out till it was flush and looked right. I installed the tire on the wheel and inflated it.Of course the valve stem was leaking air. The problem it, you cannot adjust the nut since it is on the inside of the wheel.
