Great Product but...
So being Naive, I purchased this amplifier thinking it would help raise the volume of my umpire radio headphones... I later found out that these things don't work the way I thought. I'm not an expert so can't really explain. It however worked fine on my stereo and PC with did what I wanted it to... I have tinnitus so find normal volume levels very difficult to hear and this very much works well with my PC and Stereo. Battery life is good enough and value for money is spot on.

Didn’t work in my application-can’t see how it could for anyone
Didn’t do what was required. Bought this to increase the volume from a CarPlay system or other music source into the Aux connection in my car (LR Discovery 3). The vol of the aux channel in the car is always lower than CD/Radio so hoped this would boost the CarPlay output/Aux input. On its highest setting for GAIN and VOL the sound into the Aux was at the same low level as without it. With it turned down it just got lower. So as a way of DECREASING volume it worked ok, but as an AMPLIFIER it made no increase in volume.Returned.

Makes a Monitor usable for TV/Movie viewing.
Sent back 1st monitor I ordered as volume - even through quality headphones - was insufficient to enjoy what I was watching. 2nd arrived. Better but similar issues. All new monitors volume seems to have been Nerfed (old monitor was not) so I needed a plan B. Discovered this little beauty. But for this bit of kit the 2nd monitor would have also been sent back. Transforms Headphone volume on low gain. Adds depth of background sound on High. Choose according to what you're watching. Very happy. Battery life better than expected.

What a product
I can’t believe how good this is, low setting and high setting, low is plenty loud enough it comes with 2 audio leads and a usb charging lead !! The price is fantastic and delivered on time, easy to use and the battery lasts for ages.

Its OK?
It does what it says on the tin HOWEVER it does have static fuzz feedback constantly that is distracting. Its not loud loud but its loud enough when you don't have anything playing it will get on your nerves so you have to switch off the device when you're not listening to anything.
