I have bought two signs and with both of them, the power cord died or burnt out, or something. But after spending nearly $400 on these signs, how can I get the lights back on? One of them was bought in 2023 and the other was bought a few months ago. They're beautiful signs, but they're useless if they don't light up. Please help resolve this problem. Also, I can't find anywhere where I can reach the company. Thank you

Bought this for 3 of my grandchildren as birthday gifts They all loved it!

So far, so good item was received in a timely manner as promised. Product showed up with all pieces, intact, and working. I didn’t realize the cord for the dimmer remote separated in two separate areas, so I reached out to the seller and my experience was very positive. I was told the seller would get back to me in two days and the seller got back to me in less than one day and was very attentive and wanting to help. The seller asked for pictures so they could see if I was doing something wrong and said if a new remote was needed, they would send a replacement. As of now 10 out of 10 recommend but again I will update review in roughly 6 months to give an update. We will be wrapping up product safely and keeping it in a temperature controlled area and saving to give to our daughter for her birthday July 27th and at that point we will hang on her bedroom wall. I will give update after three months or so of use although I will say my daughter will be the type to only turn it on here and there and it won’t be put on for long periods of time so with what the seller says the battery life of this is as far as hours go we are expecting to get many years of enjoyment out of this. Again I will update at a later time to give a better idea.

The media could not be loaded. Item came in, and it doesn’t work at all, the adapter is defective therefore the sign does not work at all.. how do I get a new adapter? They send instructions paper that says “ Dear Buyers, When you received the product there is a failure, please do not worry, please go to the purchase platform to send us an email, we will use the fastest time to provide you with solutions”but can’t contact them

I loved the customized neon sign. It came assembled other than of course securing it to wall or wherever you place it. The quality was great for the price of the sign. It did not seem too thin. It’s extremely bright and colorful. It was six good I ended up buying 3 additional songs for other gifts. I will always use this product and seller if I purchase additional signs. I highly recommend this one.I have had this product for 1 year now on 3 of the signs. They all three work just as they did on day one. Love this!! Buy it!!!

This was a gift I chose this seller over others with the same product due to fast shipping promise, it was much smaller than expected but well liked by teen Beware***if you are ordering for a special occasion... don't bother unless you give it a month lead time .I ordered December 14th and thought I would receive before the 25th and it did not arrive until January went to family gathering empty handed.Seller misrepresented shipping likely shipped from overseas.
