Q: Is this rmg? able to apply this on elf ears by any chance? please let me know, thank you!

I have no idea what rmg means. I think it would depend on what the elf ears are made of. This stuff covers well, but it's great on skin and doesn't easily rub off, especially when set with powder. On synthetic material, I'm not too sure.
