I was a bit apprehensive as this clock was cheaper than an identical one from a different seller, but it is a lovely clock and looks great on the wall. Spare clock hands and hanging brackets included.

Clock is lovely, quite sturdy compared to others these days. Down side is that it looks larger in the sellers page so you think your getting a bigger clock. Another downside is the cellophane on the face is difficult to get off as the clock hands have been added after the cellophane so you can damage the clock removing it, as I did, no matter how careful you are. I'm keeping it but moving it to a smaller wall.

When I fitted the battery to this clock, I listened carefully, holding the clock to my ear, but could not hear a sound. I assumed then that the quartz mechanism was not working. Placing the clock back on the table I noticed that, in fact, the second hand was spooling round the clockface, and after waiting a few minutes I saw that the hands were moving. This clock has been keeping excellent time ever since. I am amazed by the silence of the mechanism - I have never 'heard' a clock hat made no noise whatsoever. It also carefully came with wall hooks and an extra set of clock-hands - a good idea, this last, as the clock's travels may have damaged a hand or two. Am well pleased with this purchase.

This clock was much smaller than expected, but I really did like the design and was going to keep it but it didn’t work. I tried different batteries but it just would not work. Sending it back was an absolute faff, I had to pay the postage to send it back and they received it back but never gave me a refund. I had to raise an objection through Amazon and Amazon customer service were brilliant and gave me the full refund and the full refund of the cost of the postage to send it back. I still have not heard a single word from this seller or an apology for the horrible customer service. I would definitely steer well clear of them.

A very nice clock with a silent smooth movement. It was at a very good price and delivery was fast.
