Q: How many times can this be reused without leaving large holes?

I was not able to use it to get in to the veins that is the tubes. I don’t know if I was using properly . Hard to understand why the fluid doesnot go through the tubes but outside.

Q: Can I use canola oil with food coloring as the liquid in the tubes?

It would depend on the chemical make up of the tubing, if it is a plastic, then canola oil would be a bad choice. Water with the food color would be a better choice.
