The BEST hanger for a laundry, guest, hallway or anyother sopt you neede space to hang but don't need it all the time. Quick and easy to install, folds almost flat when not in use. Quick to open to use, fast to fold out of the way. Bought two as gifts and they LOVE them!!!.

Love this hanger! It is not super heavy duty, but it has a low profile when folded and retracts easily. It fit perfectly on the door frame of my closet. It is so convenient to hang clothes when I am packing or just hanging things up.Would totally buy this again!

Perfect in the laundry room or entry to hang up wet clothing. Not all that obvious when closed up and fits in small spaces. However, make sure there is enough support in the wall, such as a beam, when you install it. I have had several friends asking where I got this. Very nifty.

Does the job. Wish someone had a better idea.

Good quality, small and practical, perfect for my bedroom or any closets

We are using two of these in our laundry room. Sometimes the negative ratings are most useful for learning about a product, as long as there are only a few. A wider backing would help with stability on the wall, and all metal parts rated for 60 lbs. or more. Comparing several of this type of product after seeing the complaints about flimsiness and not being able to securely mount this type of rack, we chose this product (8542009751). We were able to mount these conveniently on a stud behind the wall, using longer screws than those in the package, and we were able to avoid electrical and plumbing lines behind the walls by mounting directly to the stud. Longer screws in wood will provide better stability long-term. Had there not been a stud in a convenient location, we would have mounted the rack to a hardwood backing, such as oak, cherry or walnut, and secured the wood backing to a stud. With several adjustments and re-mountings, we were able to seat the rack to the wall with no movement between the rack and the wall. Any movement will lead to wear and more movement. It now seems stable as well as convenient, and the rack is easily opened for use then closed again.

Fits nicely in a tight spot and enables me to hang clothes as I pull them out of the dryer.I can close it and it is totally out of the way.Works just as I had hoped.

The media could not be loaded. Had a paper so I could easily mark for my drill holes. I put into wood so didn’t use the anchors. It’s very stable and so easy to open and close!!!!! We got gunmetal for the boys closet, gold (darker and not shiny) for the girl and silver for our closet!!
