Q: how do you get the case off

You have to force it off, the only problem with the case is it is very hard to get off take the outer layer off first then the plastic rim

Yeah it’s really quite annoying and shouldn’t be advertised as such I believe.

Q: Do I have to remove the case every time when I use the card ?

Yes, the card slot is set inside the case and you need to remove the phone to take out the card.

Q: does the thick case interfere with apple pqy?

I bought one of these cases for my Samsung not iPhone but Google pay works with this case so I would think iPhone pay would work as well
