Q: Can it be installed in a shower space [tiny bathroom]?

We do not recommend that the Villa be installed where water will directly go over the toilet. This could allow water to flow into the main area of the toilet which would inhibit drying of the solid waste and collect in the bottom of the toilet.

Q: Where do I buy replacement bags?

Any composting bags will work and can be purchased pretty much anywhere

Q: Can you explain the 12volt hook up ? Is it hard wired to a battery ,or solar panel regulator which has hard wires coming out and to the toilet?

As far as hardware goes, there is a connection port for a 120 volt adaptor or for using an included 12 volt battery lead with battery terminal clamps. So, for 12 volt use plug the battery power cable into the port on the toilet and hook the clamps to a battery that you supply. It’s all explained in the instructions.

Q: Is it easy to contact the seller? Is there a customer support phone number?

yes, I had a fan quit working on it. contacted the seller and got a new FSN within a few days. easy to deal with the one time I needed something while it was under warranty. also bought bags and absorbent pads from them as well.
