Great gadget.
It' works. And it works well... What more can I say? Is this gonna replace all your wrenches? No, don't be silly... For some applications (example: rusted bolts) a standard non-adjustable wrench is needed. For other applications you may need your older adjustable(sliding jaw type) wrenches. But I tell ya this thing will prove its worth for certain applications it is all u need and easily adjusts to many different sizes within its maximum and minimum size capabilities. This is a 6in. I personally feel they are quality, well made, and a good fairly inexpensive add on to your already ridiculous collection of wrenches. You can never have enough tools. So in conclusion if you been eyeballing this thing but are unsure, I will push u. I bought it. It works well for what I used it for and honestly because of its versatility it will mostlikey be the first wrench I reach for unless it's a heavy duty automotive application where ridiculous torque forces are needed. Then u want a standard wrench. OVER AND OUT.

Great tool! Learn where it will work, and it will be the first tool you grab. Keep your old adjustable wrench next to it though.
Use this at work. Doesn't get into the real tight spots (needs about half an inch of radius clearance around the nut), but when I can use it, I do. So much easier than thumbing an adjustable wrench which may slip off of rounded edges. This thing grips as hard as you do and I haven't had it slip on rounded nuts yet. (How hard? If a crime organization is asking you questions, threatens to start breaking fingers, and the big guy has the 8 inch version of the bionic wrench, you better start talking and peeing your pants.) Also, if the nut is small enough, you can release your grip, twist back to where you started, and turn again, giving you kind of a ratcheting action like using pliers without the damage of those pointy teeth. 5 stars because it's well made, works as advertised, and easy to use.

Good product, but quality control/manufacturing tolerances might need work
I like it but there seems to be a manufacturing defect causing it to stick/catch so it doesn't work smoothly (it is still functional and usable though)

A must tool for your toolbox
This tool is a must for your toolbox. It is versatile and functions like a combo socket wrench / vice grip. Loggerhead wrenches come in 3 sizes - bought all three. I no longer have to carry my metric and SAE sockets in my toolbox - a side benefit is that the toolbox is now a lot lighter and have space for other things. Because it is adjustable, you will never have to look for the correct socket or take time to change out the socket. Glad I purchased the Loggerhead. One last thing, it's made in the USA. Buy one and help America save its jobs.

Love it
Perfect for me to use. (an older woman who does not have strong hand grip) I don't have to hunt for the right size. Have purchased for my neighbor and go to handyman. They love it as well. Wil be purchasing more as gifts.

Good idea, needs tweaking
Love the concept but wish it had a locking mechanism once squeezed round nut. It is a little difficult turning the tool as you have to hold it tight and sometimes switch between two hands to maintain good grip. If it had locking mechanism once fitted over nut to hold grip in place it would make the tool even better. Still prefer to a regular adjustable as it fits straight onto any nut with less hassle but idea needs a bit of tweaking to make design even better. Also in hindsight I would have bought the 8 inch as the 6" handles are a bit small.

We had seen an ad on a Facebook page (Interesting Engineering) which made this look like a sort of 'kickstarter' item
This was suppose to be a gift for my husband. We had seen an ad on a Facebook page (Interesting Engineering) which made this look like a sort of 'kickstarter' item. When it arrived, it was in a Walgreen's sort of 'as seen on TV' package with a markdown sticker, seemed very small, and he was disinterested. I ended up giving it to my father instead. Well, my man forgot his tools when he went to do some work on my mum's house and had to turn to the, still unopened, gimmick Walgreen's product yesterday. ...turns out, this thing is really awesome! It IS small and it does feel gimmicky, but it DOES work. He was able to use it extensively yesterday and it did the job well. We're actually considering ordering one to keep in the car for any odd-jobs we might need it for to keep from buying (yet another) tool set for the car that ends up being taken to someone's house and lost forever. I'm still pretty put-off that I thought I was buying a small-batch start-up business product and it ended up being a Walgreen's markdown product, seemingly plucked right off the shelf, but I would recommend this to a friend and plan to buy another.

Any new tool is good, this one is new and looks like it could do the job, this is a Christmas gift for the mechanic in our house. Havent tried them yet but will let you know how they work after Christmas. This tool looks sturdy and its well built. I also purchased the matching 8" Loggerhead Bionic Wrench. Amazon you have done it again with great prices and free shipping to boot! Shopping online at Amazon makes it easy and most of all a big saving too, never have to fight traffic, or get wet or cold, and save on gas, you dont have to go anywhere, just click and pay, most of the items that I order from Amazon are shipped the very next day. Thanks again Amazon for a job well done.

Great build quality and functionality, comfortable handles and really good vice like gripping on nuts. This is a great product and not the usual product that you get from Amazon, I recommend it to everyone as I can’t see how you could be disappointed.

As advertised. Handy for certain smaller jobs, especially for an inside nut during disassembly. You can hold on to the nut without fear of it falling and disappearing.
