If you enjoy Spades, then you'll enjoy this twist! It's a set collection, trick-taking game where you earn points based on the set/trick you win. Diamonds (gain two points - move a diamond from the supply to your safe), Spades (secure one point - move a diamond from your showroom to your safe), Hearts (gain one point - move a diamond from the supply to your showroom), Clubs (gain a point - steal a diamond from another player). Diamonds in your showroom are worth one point and may be stolen from other players. Diamonds in your safe are worth two points and may not be stolen. You play four rounds and the player with the most points wins the game. Easy to teach! Easy to learn! Fun to play! P.S. While there is a 'take that' element to the game with the thief, it isn't harsh because you there are ways to prevent people from stealing from you (ex. don't have any diamonds in your showroom). There's a little strategy, but it doesn't bog the game down. It's a great game to introduce to non-gamers or family members who have played Spades.
