Q: What kind of top does this have? Is the drinking part easy to clean?

It has a typical water bottle top but it does not come off. You can remove the straw to clean.. I clean it by hand with a mini bottle brush.

Q: Is this good for a 14 year old?

Yes, if your 14 year old still likes to decorate/design with sparkly/glittery things.

Q: Does it wash ok? Do the stickers come off

No the stickers don't come off. When you are taking them off the paper to stick on the bottle it is the whole sticker you remove and stick and not the individual gems.
