Length of output will depend upon the coarseness of the material that you are depositing. My peat moss gave about 100' of length.

Q: what gauge is the drum mesh?

It's close to #1 mesh. The holes are 0.75" x 1" inch diamonds. It's perfect for spreading peat moss and loose compost.

Q: What is the warranty on this item?

No warranty was sought, nor expected ! Perhaps the only concern that I have, This unit does not appear to have any bearings: IE; Sealed type bearings on either shaft (2) of one on each end of the expanded metal basket. Very dusty when rotated, an open grease or non sealed bearings would be a disaster. I've had mine for several years, works and functions as I hoped for.
