I see that you say install and support. What kind of support comes with this and for how long?

Hello,  we support our customers for the life of the machine.  Any issues you have just call us and we will answer your questions, give you advice and/or arrange for service/parts if necessary.  If you are outside your warranty period we will provide discounts to our customers for parts.  The great thing is that it is VERY rare to have issues with these machines.  Usually you will enjoy many years of trouble free usage with only needing to do regular maintenance which is  very inexpensive.  In such cases our techs can assist you in that process. does this machine have and option of the smart steam wand or the temperature controlled gooseneck steam wand?

Hi, as well as having the regular steam wands on both sides, this espresso machine can also be equipped with Autosteam wand , easy cream wand, or gooseneck wand on either side of the machine or both sides!
One of the best machines on the market and easy to use and maintain! We highly recommend the Simonelli Aurelia Wave.

Does the espresso management system option allow remote control of the machine as the nuova simonelli catalogue suggests?

Hello, Only the Aurelia Wave Digit and Wave T3 machines have the espresso management system which is an option. It is a wi-fi, cloud based data transmission system, through which you can have useful real-time information to improve the performance of your activities. ALL IN REAL TIME.  PC, TABLET AND SMARTPHONE CONTROL. The Wave Volumetric machine does not have that option.

Is this unit easy to install?

Hello, these machines are only to be installed by qualified Simonelli technicians to ensure the installation is completed correctly and to test the machine. If not, the warranty can be voided.
