Q: I bought a 2 pack of fans but only received 1 fan is there someone to contact that could help with this?

I have 2 mounted outside in cabana. All is good

Q: How do ylu install the fan. Is it screwed into the wall?

Yes it screws into the wall. Not sure if yoy ever purchased any other fan with similar charaxreristics but they are all vertically identical in design. Theres a metal clasp that you drip into the wall. Then you lower the fan onto the clasp and jt fits like a glove. Not difficult to install but does require a drill.
