Q: What kind of ribbon connector should I use to connect to an Arduino, or just regular wires?

I had unit mounted on pad-per-hole perf board so for mechanical stability I tack soldered wires to a row of pads which then could connect to whatever. Had to exercise care in the the soldering and any stressing - flex cable is delicate.

Q: how much force does this apply at 3v and 5v?

Did not measure the force. It was enough force to move our geared mechanism.

Q: What is the maximum axial force this actuator can sustain? And what is the power draw at 6V?

Not sure- my application was lightly loaded.

Q: What is the linear travel speed (mm/sec)?

Depends on driver I think - but I’m sure it could go the whole length in a second or two, driven by 5V H bridge through 200 ohm.
