No issues, very happy with the price. Battery performance is excellent so far.

I had an issue with the quality where the door plate pulled away from the battery causing the door to come off which made the battery unusable. After discussing the issue with customer service they were able to send be a new set of batteries and charger. The quality feels similar but this did solve my issue for now. The product is still light and the battery life is not as good as the original but I feel that for the price you are getting a decent value. I will update the review if there is any deterioration in the battery similar to what I experienced in the past.

I ordered this and had an issue with one of the batteries, I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement immediately! communication was outstanding. The batteries and charger work flawless and great battery life. I will purchase from them again with no hesitation!

Was NOT happy with this brand of batteries. Even though they say 1800mAh, it only lasted one hour and 3 minutes with one test run. The original battery is less mAh but last much longer. The other test run I did, it got about 45 minutes into a recording and the file was then corrupted. This has never happened with my original battery. I will be returning this item as it is no use to me if I can't even use this battery for an hour and then while using it, worry about the battery being faulty and corrupting the recording.

I haven’t been able to use it much yet but they charge up quickly, the charger charges the original battery as expected. They get hot just like the original so not unexpected. Great price for peace of mind when traveling

I have been charging the batteries for my Insta360 for the past 5 snow trips. The batteries and the charger works great. I plan to buy another set in the future.

The Good: - Longer battery life than OEM Insta-one-X battery, Not by much, maybe a 10 minute boost but sometimes that all you need ! - Lightweight, not sure the exact difference but they are definitely a bit lighter than my standard battery - Super convenient to charge, if you have multiple batteries and film often the 3 slot charger is worth the money alone. The so/so: - Questionable waterproofing, these battery sit a little looser than OEM and leave a gap at the seam. While I haven't tried them out in submerged conditions, they have held up to multiple snow pile instances just fine! - Connectivity issues, again I think this is due to the fitment of these batteries, just a tad loose so just be sure they are fully seated in the camera.... albeit rare I have had two occasions of the camera powering down mid recording.
