The Perfect-Sousvide "Vunnel" is designed to make filling food pouches easier and faster. Whether you are using vacuum or re-closable (zipper) bags keeping the sealing area free of contamination is always a problem. Common practice is to "roll back" the top to protect the sealing area, but that takes time and worse, risks damaging the bag. The Vunnel is a simple little accessory that solves these problems. When finished filling simply rinse off and toss in the dishwasher.
