No MSG. I get massive migraines from MSG so I verify. I love all their products!

Q: How do you keep it from caking? Mine turned into a rock I couldn't chip with a sharp knife, so had to toss more than half of it.

Just like you would salt. Open it up and stick in a little uncooked rice.

Q: Anyone know how much seasoning to plain rice ratio? 1 cup cooked rice needs x amount of seasoning? They should really have the recipe on the bottle

I would just season to taste. Start with 1/2 teaspoonful after the rice is cooked.

Maltodextrin is highly processed. Contains no protein, which means it is gluten free regardless of the source.
