I am absolutely impressed with the quality of this product. There is only one major gripe I have with it atm but I’ll get to that in a sec. Pros: 1. Easy setup, even if you aren’t tech savvy the setup/installation is dummy proof & solid. The app that is used to sync with the LEDs automatically finds the device for you after setup as well. 2. Amazing color spectrum. The colors are bright and vibrant. Using the app you can set the intensity for the brightness/colors as well. 3. The Lytmi App. Most apps for lighting sources are cumbersome and not very user friendly. The Lytmi app on the other hand is simple to use with a neat design that doesn’t detract from the ease of use experience. It has preset scenes and the ability to create your own scenes as well. It also allows you to set the intensity of the LEDs. There are 3 modes for the hdmi color sync: Movie, Video & Game. CONS 1. My only major gripe with the product is that it only has one hdmi input. I tried to connect an hdmi switcher to it and for a sec it worked but then it didn’t. I had to keep plugging it in/out in order for it to register the different input. Now this could be an issue with my TV as well but I’ve yet to confirm that. I really wish the Neo 2.0 came with additional inputs. Even if it was just one extra. Outside of that I cannot recommend this product any more than I already am. It’s worth your money and time! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this company in the future!

+ Bright + Works well + Easy to setup (i had a hiccup but turns out i plugged in cables the wrong way) + Seems to handle my google tv just fine + Does a good job when the TV isn't a "good" color. So like with dark gray colors on the edge, it replaces it with a glowing blue. - There's a lag. It's not massive, but it's there. Go watch a utube video to see it but after a while it blends in. - No local remote option. There's manual buttons and the app but no ir remote as a backup.

I have wanted reactive backlights for my TV ever since I heard of Hue, but the ridiculous price always turned me off. I researched between Lytmi and Govee as alternatives, but ultimately chose Lytmi just because I didn't want the camera Govee uses. The Neo sync box only has input for one HDMI port, but that's not really an issue as I'm only using my PS5. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It adds a whole new level of immersion to movie watching and gaming. The lights are far brighter than I imagined. The app is not as bad as everyone seems to claim. Setup was easy and the brackets, thus far, seem to hold fine. Whatever delay there may be with the lights is negligible. My only complaint is it doesn't seem to like the color red. The lights usually display orange for anything red on screen. I'm not sure if this is something the company needs to work on or if mine might be defective somehow. Update: I've tried emailing support about the red lights not displaying when there's red on the screen and haven't heard back. I've seen others with the same complaint and they were told to contact support regarding a firmware update. Also, the adhesive on the brackets finally gave out. Not a deal breaker for me as it might be partially my fault. The back of my TV isn't smooth and the brackets might not like adhering to the texture. Still awaiting a reply so I can see if the company deserves the last star for a rating.

Bought this light strip for my 65” Sony Bravia A80J but after a few days the strip at the bottom fell off and then the top corners (strip+brackets). The 3M adhesive that came with the product wasn’t strong enough to hold up the new 2.0 strips. They are overall quite heavy. I ordered separately Gorilla Tape adhesive thinking it would hold up more. This time I installed the strip giving a little slack, not pulling too tight around the corners so the brackets would stick. But still after a few days the strips+brackets fell off. Both times I had warmed up the adhesive a bit with a blow dryer but to no avail. I believe the plastic material of the bracket isn’t smooth which makes it difficult for the adhesive to stick as the adhesive remains on the back of the TV quite well. Also, I have my Apple TV 4K hooked up directly to the Sync Box and cannot get Dolby Atmos pass through, but can when I hook the Apple TV 4K directly to the TV. Last, I had to use a dedicated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Range Extender for this product to connect properly on my Orbi 5GHz wifi 6 mesh network as the mesh network doesn’t allow me to force a 2.5GHz connection. UPDATE: I purchased a 30lb double sided mounting tape and seem to be doing the job! It’s been 5 days and still holding up. The 15lb wasn’t able to hold up the weight of the strip and the tension at the corners. Star rating still 3 out of 5 because of no support for Atmos pass through.
