Q: Are these healthy? I am currently trying to lose weight & im not sure if they are I’m not good at reading food labels

If you are trying to lose weight these will not help. They are very delicious and very small, they have 150 calories each and you can't eat just one.

Q: Are these soft cookies?

Well, it really is "between" a hard and soft cookie! It is very thin and the pastry part is relatively soft, but not like you would have in a "chewy chocolate chip." They are very good, and both the lemon and raspberry jams are tasty and complement the pastry part. My only negative comment is that they are shipped in such a way that they can break - and do - as they have no "box in a box" type of packaging. The "boys" may be Belgian, and they may be made in France, but the packagers should visit Japan to learn how to do that part of the process perfectly. Hope this helps.

Q: Do these freeze and thaw well?

I wouldn't know for sure, but as they are individually wrapped I'm guessing that would work, not for a long period of time 😉

Q: Are these raspberry cookies seedless?

There are no seeds that I have seen or eaten. There is “raspberry purée” listed.
