They break after lots of use but so do all bands.

Very good mini bands

Compared to my old Theraband loops, these are thicker and provide more resistance. Even the yellow band (lightest) is pretty strong. All bands I have used will "roll up" as you put them on, but these seem a little more stable that way. I use them for both my knee & shoulder rehab and they work great. If you need really light resistance, you may find the yellow band too strong. (at least compare to the yellow theraband brand..)

Bands will roll whenever you try to use them. I would not recommend them. The material is thin and lower quality than I expected from TRX.

ordered these for my office. they work great and have been holding up well after every day use for nearly 2+ months but they’re hard to clean !

These bands help tremendously with physical therapy even lifting in the gym. I use these to prime up my muscles on chest day. They help me warm up my upper back to stabilize my shoulders and stop my shoulder pain when bench pressing.

I’ve used these 4-5 times so far to do band side steps and for a few other floor exercises. So far holding up well. They do roll up a bit which is kind of annoying but overall meets my needs.

Have been using for 6 weeks. Better quality than my other bands. Thicker. Would recommend if you're looking for a sturdy band.

As mais fortes não são tão fortes como pensei, prefiro as bandas mais finas ou mesmo as de tecido de boa qualidade

Der Produkte ist gut aber ich habe mehr Qualität erwartet. Es war nicht so oft benutzt und es geht schon kaputt.

Las mejores bandas elásticas. Por lo ancho es muy difícil que se enrollen pero eso sí, entalcalas una vez que las uses.
