I used this ointment for a mild cold, to clear the sinuses.I also put some on my skin where gnat/mosquitos had enjoyed a feast, it cooled/relieved/soothed the itching somewhat.I then remembered it contains some camphor & eucalyptus which might repel some biting bugs, so, I now dab a bit on along with shea butter, before working in my garden, so far it has helped.The best result imo was the soothing coolness on my bitten skin and breathing morr easily with a stuffy nose.Of course you have to put up with smelling of Vicks.

The best for headaches, just apply it behind your neck at the onset of one, nine times out of ten, the headache does not progress!!
