The black covers makes the PS5 blend in with my entertainment center. I have a glass door on the entertainment center so the original white cover made it stand out. Almost like a white elephant in the room. I think it looks a lot better all blacked out with the led light strips of the PS5. The cutouts for air flow are a plus. I can feel the air coming through the cutouts. Assembly is fairly easy. A little force was needed to remove the covers but they have some flex so they wont break. The new covers fit like the original covers. The top cover went on smoothly. When placing the bottom cover it would not seat itself all the way so I gave it a little bump with the palm of my hand and it seated perfectly. I highly recommend these.
