My boyfriend gets these all the time through Amazon, he loves C4 and a few others like this brand.But I do believe these are his favorite.They ease of buying and use is great, they help his mental focus and keeps him moving doing chores, work and gives absolutely no jitteriness, unless he were to drink around 3/4 a day or so.I would imagine these to be easy to mix, but he doesn't mix them.He adds them to an insulated cup by Stanley and ice and goes.The sizes are great, and he drinks one about each day and lasts him all day almost.Along with drinking his water. They work on energy and focus.So, I would say they're effective . Thanks Amazon. And thanks sellers.

I ordered this sugar-free energy drink and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the very next day — super fast delivery! The packaging was intact, and the cans arrived in perfect condition.As for the taste, it’s slightly sweet with a nice tangy twist, and it reminds me of berries. I was happy to see that it contains no sugar, but includes amino acids, vitamin B12, and a solid dose of caffeine — 200 mg per can.Overall, I really liked this energy drink. It’s tasty, refreshing, and gives a great energy boost without the crash. Definitely something I’d order again!

I work out daily and C4 Performance Energy has become my go-to pre-workout drink. Love the flavor and find it super refreshing. It gives me a clean energy boost without the jitters or crash, which is huge. Definitely helps me power through my workouts, especially on days when I’m feeling low energy. Solid product, I keep a few in the fridge at all times.

Awesomeeeeee product and I have tried almost every variation and energy drink brand available!!!! 💯 Highly recommend- NOT this flavor so much! 💯 The Hawaiian Fruit Punch is THE BESSSST & very good taste; no after taste like this flavor had!!!! -Especially great as a pre workout and any day! 🙂 Highly recommend! NO jitters BUT do not combine with anything else caffeine related! It will cause mild side effects.

Super sweet in my opinion, but works great. C4 gets me amped when I need an energy drink to keep me focused during the day. The can size is big and well worth the price

The Cosmic Rainbow flavor is amazing – it’s sweet but not overpowering, and it gives me the perfect boost for my heavy workouts. I feel more focused and energized every time I drink it.

This flavor is one of my favorites it’s soooo good love being able to buy it in bulk went straight into my fridge as soon as we got it

Ordered Cosmic Rainbow twice, received the old GARBAGE skittles flavor instead TWICE. Won't let me return. The Skittles also arrived damaged. Beware not to order those flavors.I love C4, the caffeine content is nice, it (usually) tastes great, there are a ton of flavors to pick from. Shoot, I'd be an ambassador for the brand... IF things were more consistent in shipping quality and they actually sent you the flavor you paid for without using the box to rail grind and kick flip at the local skate park.
