A very useful bit of kit, a life-saver for bad weather days. It's well made, very slidey and easily rolled up for storage. In particular, it is a great tool for working on specifics of lateral push, balance, weight transfer, recovery stroke and rhythm. I'm a beginner inline skater and this item is perfect for me to work on my technical weaknesses in a controlled. Lastly, it's actually a good workout too! I love the simplicity and ingenuity of this slideboard. Mittens/footies included, just slip ober foot or shoe. Easily maintained slipperiness using silicone spray.

This is so much fun ! Great value and good low impact cardio workout .At first I wasn't err... "Going all the way" but got over myself instead of mincing around tentatively .The slide board did keep moving and,had to be readjusted . Easy to pack away .Such fun and great for core stability as well as glutes and adductors. I purchased 2 more for people I like ...

It is an excellent slide board. It is very smooth, you can slide easily. My son loves practising on it.

Ignore all the ones out there for £200. This is fantastic and does the job brilliantly. You need to buy some silicone spray from Screwfix for a couple of quid as well to keep it in top condition. Brilliant value for money and absolutely exhausting as a workout.

I use this curled inside a plastic compost bag to collect weeds. The mat makes it rigid and stand-upable So easy to take around the garden with me and easy to empty it

Excellent. I bought this to use when I was doing knee physio following surgery, to make the bend easier. It worked great, the sliding surface made it easier to push a couple of degrees more each time.

Excellent. Used to go ice skating in my younger days and was looking for something that I could still use to exercise the legs without the risk of breaking them on the ice. This is perfect.

per una sportiva che si vuole allenare anche a casa, è uno dei migliori slider che abbia mai provato. Consiglio a chi lo usa tanto come me: quando comincia a sentirsi un 'po' di attrito e i calzari non scivolano più con la stessa facilità io trovo efficace spruzzare sulla board un po' di cera spray da mobilio. Tutti parlano di spray siliconci che ho provato, ma la cera spray a parer mio è più efficace.

I love this thing, there is just so much you can do with it. It's a great addition for home work outs, and the bag makes it easy to pack up and store. I keep the booties in the bag as well so I don't lose them.

I'm VERY happy I found this! Slide boards are fun and this one is an awesome quality for the price. It arrived very fast, too. I had to put some heavy books on either end to flatten the curls, and I will say it doesn't do well on carpet, but it's perfect on the laminate flooring on the edge of my kitchen bordering my living room. It stays in place and I can slide myself silly watching tv. Great cardio and leg/glutes workout. I'll be using it a LOT.
