Q: states comes with “1 of 4 cooling inserts” where do we buy the other inserts!

The description actually says that, “The vest includes 1 set of 4 cooling inserts.” It includes 4 gel inserts, which is 1 set.

Q: 2 questions: since S/M is a fallacy, is it worth ordering a M/L for petite 5'1/100lbs? And cooling bag for whole vest or just ice packs? Thanks!

The carrying bag is duffle bag size and if you wanted to, would hold a couple of 6-packs of cans for after work! It's an insulated carrying bag so you can put the cooled inserts in the vest, put the vest in the bag and they'll still be like you just took them out of the fridge an hour later when you get to work (or whatever) The bag WILL HOLD ICE (it's waterproof) so technically you could take a bag full of ice with you (it would come pretty close to holding a 10 pound bag) and the inserts will "recharge" while surrounded in ice in about 15 minutes... Iced water a little faster. (inserts will freeze solid at apz. 58 degrees)
