Q: Do you have a variety pack of the chocolate bars? Buying 8 for $40 without trying them is too much.

At this time there is not a variety pack available. However, you can find these bars at your local Whole Foods Market if you are looking to try one before committing to ordering an 8-pack.

Q: Does this product ship with anything to keep it from melting in transit?

I ordered their products, and they're wrapped with heat isolated bag with cold packs inside. You can even freeze the cold pack and use it again

Q: Is this supposed to taste a little weird? I'm used to the flavor of monk fruit but maybe it's the artichoke fiber? Trying to make sure it's normal....

It could be the flavor from the inulin/artichoke fiber... It sometimes can add a sweetish and light earthy flavor to the bar, is that similar to what you are tasting?

Q: Can you melt the chocolate and use it for baking?
