I really like this product, the only reason i'm not saying it's 5/5 for accuracy is because nothings ever 100% accurate.I've read a few reviews on here and those reviewers are confused... You only need to check once a day at most, if you check multiple times in 10 minutes it will change, that's because no number will stay the same for any length of time in regards to keto levels, glucose levels etc... They will always fluctuate, even if there was a perfect way to test ketone levels, it would also fluctuate if you checked multiple times, whether that be in 10 minutes or through out the day.Get the kit, it's a good kit and as long as you're not obessive over the numbers and test multiple times a day you'll get a fantastic idea on where you are in your ketosis journey.

The device did not work from the beginning due to batteries being flimsy. The whole device was somehow flimsily built. I had a very close family bereavement and had to travel and arrange the funeral so did not use it for a while. I used it again in my last return day and this time it showed an error. I tried several times, over-checking the instructions, turning on and off etc. The error code displayed all the time and device behaved erratically. Being last day of return I tried to print the return slip but it would not work , maybe passed dead line not sure although it was 12th Oct - the stated return deadline. Contacted the company and heard nothing. I do Keto for medical reasons so it is important I have the device. I will have to buy another device and it is not cheap. Let’s hope will hear from company with a refund. Very disappointing.

Works well but you don’t get a lot of sticks and they are so expensive to get more. It’s cheaper to buy a new one rather than top up the sticks. It’s a waste really

One runs out quickly and they’re pretty dear, but I guess that’s where the money’s at.Still, it’s worth having so you have the data required as you transition into fat-adapted energy production.

I have been on my keto diet journey for 2 months. I bought some keto urine sticks but they didn't tell me anything so I wanted to buy a blood ketone meter. Some were expensive. I did my research and found this one. It is good value, and is easy to use and I am very pleased with it. I look forward to knowing what my number is. Yes, you have to buy lancets and strips but after a while, you don't need to test so often. I'm still in the phase where I love to do it!

if all you want is a ketone indicator. this does the job! its very accurate, requires little blood, and is compact.was the best option for me since i already have a glucose tester.now i am just hoping some enterprising entrepeneur out there will make an insulin tester!
