Great compliment to the Letshuoer S12 IEMs
I will try to keep this brief and just say that, as the title states, this cable pairs very well with brighter sounding IEMs or those with a noticeable treble extension. I love my S12's and use them as daily drivers but I was doing a bit of cable swapping to find one that just tamed the treble ever so slightly (since I don't EQ) and leave everything else untouched. I have found it using this cable!I have ~150 hours of music played on these so far and they certainly sound better now than when I first connected them to listen. Again, it's a touchy subject so just giving my point of view and will mention that YMMV. This cable and using the Dunu S&S ear tips have made the S12 amazing, which is why I use them as my main IEM of choice for music, gaming, and watching movies. Also, the cable build and terminations are impressive quality and having 6N of OCC is pretty much one of the best quality copper cables you can get.Hope this review helps someone still on the fence to give it a listen!

Thick nice cable and sounds great!!
This is for Altea 2.5mm balanced MMCX. It is a pretty thick cable especially before it splits. It has a plasticy feel but it is well behaved despite the thickness. It feels of very good quality. No smell. It does have a thin clear plastic around the ears to maintain memory but it is not great. For the most part it stays in place. I am pleasantly surprised at the improvement in sound compared to the basic 3.5mm output. Of course this is mostly due to balanced vs non balanced however, and this is totally subjective, it feels like everything just flows easier! I did not compare it to other balanced cables so I don’t how much the cable is a factor. Everything sounds more defined, cleaner, crisper, tighter and better separated. I did not expect that much improvement as I was using the 3.5mm with a good DAC dongle and a portable amp and it sounded very good. It feels like the cable is not in the way of the DAC. If anyone tests it against other balanced cables please let us know if there is a difference in sound quality.DAC: HIDIZS S9Amp: FIIO A5IEM: FIIO FD3

Great sounding balanced IEM cable
This cable noticeably improved the sound of my Moondrop Kato IEMs, though I can't be certain if it's due to better materials (OEM is just OFC, IIRC), or the fact that now I'm able to use the balanced output from my FiiO KA5 USB dongle. Probably both? The plug ends are very nicely made, though a longer strain relief sleeve seems like it would be a good idea on the 4.4mm plug. The cable is very flexible and doesn't hold its shape aggressively, which is nice, thought the polymer sheathing is grippy enough that it can tug on the IEMs when it rubs across my messenger bag shoulder pad.Nice cable, for moderate cost and better than the stock cable on a set of $100+ IEMs.

Great Cables - Great Prices
These cables are great. Starting at $20 is already a beautiful and highly functional, but as you move up towards the $40 and $50 options you get into some really wonderful higher-end cables that looks, feel, and most importantly sound great. I think I own over 10 of these cables at this point (some in 2-pin, some in MMCX - some with 3.5, 2.5, and 4.5 terminations). They all work wonderfully. I currently have these cables on my FiiO x Crinacle Eclipse, Dusk, 7Hz Timeless, Aria, Tin HiFi T3+, and I and a few other sets.Final note - by far the NuCool is the most luxurious of all the options on this Amazon Post. If you've got the scratch, don't hesitate to grab one of those.

Not for every IEM
I liked this cable at first. However, over time, I noticed how much they are boosting high frequencies. My Moodrop S8 sounded sibilant with these cables. I did not have the same issue with the stock cable or other 3rd party cables. If you are sibilance sensitive or own IEMs that have elevated highs, avoid this. On the other hand, if you need to boost highs, go with these

Tripowin Altea-A Steal for $39
Tripowin Altea .78 2 pin w/4.4mm connector-the basics: all pins connect securely, the cable does not tangle, not too heavy, not too stiff.I use this cable with my home system, Melco N1A into an Oppo BDP105 to a Violectric V281. Mostly I use the Altea with Moondrop Variations earphones. Well over $5k of equipment. I don't use it with my portable rig.I don't believe in expensive cables, but I do believe there can be a big difference between cables. My background is in Physics and I have patents in electronics, but that doesn't matter. I trust my ears. I was skeptical that for $39 this cable would be 6N OCC copper. I still don't know if it is, but the purity and richness of the sound leads me to think it is. No matter, my goal is to have a system where the music sounds real. That of course is impossible. But the Altea gets me closer to that ideal.Btw, this cable needs broken in to sound it's best. Give it a week or so before listening critically. To sum up $39 is a steal.

Comfort good, durability... meh.
Comfortable, sounds good. Durability is debatable. I use this ~3 times a week for 1-2 hours per day. After about 1.5 years, the cable seems to be lose near the 3.5mm connector, as short movements cause drops. Confirmed on multiple devices, and swapped out to original cables (less comfortable) and those work fine.
