I don't know for certain, but I would think so. So long as you can access with blutooth.

Q: Does it have mic monitoring? Can i hear my voice through the headphone speakers?

Thankfully you can not hear yourself in the headset. It is not noise cancelling but it does cut down the noise from the surrounding area.

Q: does it work on console like xbox?

I imagine it will work with anything that has bluetooth capability

Q: Is this headset compatable with a chromebook laptop? for work we use ringcentral on our chromebook - will this work?

They can be plugged in directly into the headphone jack on your Chromebook even if the USB adapter don't work. But in all, it should work fine.
