Glad I got them
Got the mix quickly, haven't tried them all yet the watermelon is good. One packet flavors up to 32oz so it even goes further than similar products. I like it and I like the ingredients also no sugar! I would recommend give it a shot. My husband is a coal miner and sweats way to much, these are going to be beneficial for him I know. I do feel like it was a better option than liquid iv, look at the ingredients. Will be buying more for sure.

First time having LMNT 😋
I got this for a trip because I heard it’s great to have electrolytes when traveling. I loved this LMNT set overall, wasn’t the biggest fan of the unflavored but everything else tasted great! I definitely recommend whether for travels or sports. It’s so easy and fast to use all you do is pour it into a cup of water and mix it up. Also, LMNT is a great contender when searching for electrolytes because they use a specific ratio to support hydration and performance AND THERES ZERO SUGAR.

Best Electrolyte Option for My POTS – Highly Recommend!
As someone with POTS, staying properly hydrated is crucial for me, and the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Sample Pack is hands down my favorite choice. The flavors are bold and refreshing, and I love that they have zero sugar, which is a big plus. These packets provide the perfect electrolyte boost without any unnecessary additives. The 8-count pack is great for sampling different flavors, and I always feel better after using them. Whether it’s for POTS management or just everyday hydration, I highly recommend these if you’re looking for an effective and clean electrolyte supplement! The only two I wasn’t big on was the unflavored and chocolate flavor, and I tried it both on its own and in coffee. I still recommend getting the variety pack though, especially if you’re new to pots - getting large packs of the same flavor means getting burnt out on them fast! Or, alternatively, if you prefer the same flavor over and over again, you can find your favorite quickly!

Great flavours, good value for variety, but full packs are expensive.
I got this product because I wanted a clean way to replenish my electrolytes after I go on long runs. The packaging was very clean and included a branded box with the packets and a card inside. I like how they color-code and have the names for the large variety of flavors they include. Upon drinking it, I felt very hydrated and refreshed. It’s great that they allow you to buy a variety pack so that you can figure out which flavors you like. I personally liked the watermelon salt and raspberry salt flavors, which I am looking forward to buying more of in the future. However, I have not been able to stomach the raw unflavored version of LMNT just yet. I also like how LMNT uses small packets instead of using a big jar of powder and a scooper. This makes it more convenient since I can just throw it in my bag and tear it open later. Again, LMNT providing a way to try out all of the flavors is a plus. This sample pack is a much cheaper way to determine what you like and what you don’t like without the commitment of buying a flavor you may not like. A bad thing is that LMNT is more on the expensive side of electrolyte powders, which can be a deal-breaker for somebody that will be drinking it regularly. Compared to other electrolyte brands, this product has more total sodium, potassium, and magnesium than others. On their official website, they explain scientifically why they chose to include a higher amount, which I appreciate. Overall, this is a great electrolyte supplement with a lot of different flavors and a good value to sample the variety that LMNT offers. However, the prices on larger packs can get a little expensive.

Flavors are Great. Makes me Feel Great. Price is Outrageous.
First off, I love how this line of electrolytes taste. The quality of the product and the work that went into testing the flavors is without question. I did feel more relaxed after drinking it as long as I was hydrated or would be hydrated shortly after. The value proposition though is absolutely absurd. Once you get out of the sample packs they are 30 packs for $1.50 each, or $45. Considering a lot of their ads are pitching this as a daily supplement, that is a pretty big monthly cost equaling that of my Gas or Water Bills some months. On principle, this product is mostly salt with very little of the other two electrolytes. Salt is very cheap. Magnessium and Potassium aren't necessarily expensive either. Even some of the cottage brand pink salts and flaky finishing salts are sold at about 10 cents per gram. A multivitamin has far rarer minerals to find in your daily diet, and also comes in higher quantities of Magnessium than this product and comes in at around 75 cents. There are also possible health concerns for some people. 1G of salt is quite a lot in comparison to the Magnesium and Potassium contained in the product. Additional water is necessary to hydrate, probably double for those consuming it mixed with 24oz of water. For those with high sodium diets as it is or those with high blood pressure, you may want to triple or quadruple that to not spike your BP. If I drank it slowly over time and had additional water, I was able to get relaxed without feeling adverse effects, but I wonder then if the positive effects of the electrolytes are reduced by the increased water intake. It's all a balancing act and I'm just not sure this product is right for me. There is definite value to supplementing electrolytes for energy, sleep, and overall feeling well throughout the day. I'm definitely willing to try different brands and even revisit this one. I'm just hoping I can find a different brand with less salt and higher quantities of the other electrolytes, since that is what I feel I'm lacking most to feel my best.
