Q: Will this cut soap scum on stone shower tile?

Not your best product for soap scum removal in your shower. Be prepared for some serious "elbow grease" effort if this is your intent with Marblelife. I have Italian marble floors that carry throughout 2/3 of my condo and Marblelife does an amazing job on them.

Q: Do i need to mix it with water ?

Yes, you should dilute it a bit. It’s a concentrate so a few 2-4 ounces per gallon of water.

Q: Whats the best product to clean and polish terrazzo floors

I’m not sure why this would not clean Terrazzo floors. It’s the best marble and stone cleaner I’ve found. You may want to touch base with the manufacturer for their recommendations.
