Q: Hi how do I link the card reader to my bank so I receive payments?

On your SumUp profile, select the profile symbol in the top right corner. Select "Your profile" Choose "Bank details" and then "Change bank account". Enter your new sort code and account number. Click "Save and continue". You’ll receive an SMS to your registered phone number with a 4-digit code. Enter the code into the corresponding field to verify your change.

Q: I bought thus for craft fair, says not personal bank account, why asking me to set up business account and sending me a card?

It's more like a holding account, they give you a card to give you access to the funds but you can attach it to your existing bank account.

Q: why do I need to set up a new account? Won't it work with my current account?

I am presuming you mean the account offered by Sum up. It takes some navigating around the site but you will see that you can actually use any bank account. I set up with the sum up account and then was able to change the details. I found this the easiest way and have had no issues since. Good luck.
