Caution..This burned my skin so bad and I have a high pain tolerance...I got in the shower to wash it off which only made it burn worse. It even made me feel nauseous. I don't usually write reviews but if I can save someone from what I experienced why not. You couldn't pay me to use this again...

Definitely worth the purchase makes you feel the burn 2nd bottle in and it’s my go to you do feel a burn when you apply it but as soon as you start your workout goes away and have lost 2 inches off my waist.
