Q: My question is how do you know how flesh it is

When you open the bottle you can smell the aroma, and the fact that it's unfiltered is a big deal for me. I have never been able buy this brand of olive oil that offers an equally good taste to anything I use it with. My mother is old school Italian and is equally impressed. I bought her a gallon of this type of olive oil and asked me if I could get her another one, she's almost down to less than a 1/4 left and loves it!

Q: Is this oil from baja ca area or from european discard? the reviews say it’s not from baja....the description says it is?

Originally, it was entirely from Baja California. For the last couple of years, though, there has been Spanish olive oil (and I think some from another country) in it as well. I have not noticed any decrease in quality. It still seems to me to be a really good buy.

Q: Has the company explained why people now get a yellow oil instead of a deep green olive oil?

I really wonder if the oil in question was pure organic Virgin olive oil.

Q: Is this olive oil unrefined?

Yes. By definition, extra virgin means this oil is unrefined.
