Looks brand new and numerous extras included. Works fine.
It looks like it's new. The package included the remote with new batteries, a full set of RCA cables plus an HDMI adapter and HDMI cable. I didn't expect anything other than the unit itself and a remote control. Unlike a previous DVD/VCR player I bought on Amazon from some outfit called Remix LLC that was stained and dirty, and didn't even include a remote control (or anything else), which was absolutely necessary for the machine to work

Scam, broken VHS deck and No refund after 30 days
I was hopeful this Unit would play our old movies and tapes however it arrived looking perfect, but it will not play. OK, that happens with electronics. Please note, that if you receive a bad unit it will take 30 days to receive a refund

Good used combo DVD/VHS player.
Nice unexpected accessories came with the package including a universal remote already tuned to player, conversion kit from standard av connectors to hdmi (didn’t get to work with tv), batteries etc. VHS & DVD players work fine. Had trouble with dvd tracking, May have been a poor quality disc. Appears to be in overall good condition, especially for a used reconditioned unit.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The SONY was damaged in shipment. They replaced it with a Panasonic. I couldn’t get it to work but the tech helped me over the phone and it is working fine. The company was very attentive and prompt. Very pleased with them

Worth the cost!
I'm very happy with this DVD/VHS Combo player. I was so happy to find one when my old one quit functioning. This arrived packed VERY professionally just as well as any new item. It plays both my dvds and vhs copies! It contained any needed connectors and I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it.

Too Expensive
This VHS/DVD Combo player comes with a HD Video Converter. It does not have an onboard HDMI port. And, the HDMI Converter doesn't work on my newer TV without AV inputs. After trying different ports on my old TV, I got it to work there. I would not have purchased this VHS/DVD Combo, had I known that it wouldn't work on my newer TV.*Note: I found out the AV/HDMI converter needed to be connected to the USB port in the TV. After that was done, it seems to work fine.
