Q: What’s the longest I should expect to have an altered taste from these? I stopped them 4 days ago & everything still tastes bad (metallic, now sour).

We had similar issues so instead switched to Zicam Medicated Fruit drops. There is no after taste with them. Hope this helps.

Yes that's correct, but not knowing the original concentration of zinc in the active ingredients, it's really hard to know how much actual zinc is in the gummies.
