I didn't need the brake control. All I needed was an accelerator control that I could operate with my right hand and it worked perfect. I was able to utilize the brake pedal with my left foot and so I didn't need the hand control for the brake pedal

Portable Hand Controls
They're easy to install and found them very easy to use would recommend them to somebody who needs some. I found that I laid them on the chair when In use as so I would not have to support them with my hand and found that comfortable to use.
