Zero Delay USB Encoder Arcade Game DIY Parts Kit for PC, Raspberry Pi 4/3 / 2/1 Model B with RetroPie,Arcade MAME JAMMA Game Project（2Pack）

I’m using this set of zero delay boards in a virtual pinball table; it’s PC based, so the boards are quickly and simply identified as games controllers. They are very good auality and the leads click into the board easily and quickly. Supplied wiring is crimped to a standard arcade button size, like Happ (4.8mm, if I recall correctly). They are too big for Sanwa or Seimitsu button terminals. It would have been nice to have the silicone shield covers for the crimps, but at this price, it is acceptable. The elephant in the room is the supplied wire. I haven’t got a ruler to hand, but I’m estimating they are no longer than 20cm, which really hampers the locationmof the boards; shorter wires means a lack of flexibility in positioning them in the pinball cab. In fact, I’ve had to buy some other wiring to fit them in the place I want to put them. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great package for the money, but the shortness of the wires has been problematic for me. Your mileage may vary. Overall, good, but flawed.

This is perfect for my retro build MAME machine. It works flawlessly with my Raspberry Pi and connected with my arcade buttons. Zero delay is so important as even a few milliseconds lag is so noticeable in even the most simple games. This certainly lives up to the name and there is no discernable delay between button physical button press and it being picked up by the emulator. It's been fitted a few days and seems robust playing with it. Note: this comes with cables but not with buttons etc. One criticism is the labelling on the PCB is obscured by connectors but once you figure out which is which it doesn't really matter longer term.

I have bought four of these to build 2 button box panels for my simulator. They are easy to use and came with all that was required. All work great apart from one, which is not recognised by my PC, but this could be that I have too many USB attachments or maybe a dodgy connector lead.

La qualità dei materiali è molto buona. I circuiti sono ben realizzati e con saldature pulite. I cavi sono robusti e con connettori di buona qualità. L'encoder è compatibile con chip Raspberry e PC Windows. --CONCLUSIONI-- Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per un prodotto di ottima qualità e molto utile per progetti fai da te. Consigliato.

Ich bin dabei mir meinen eigenen Arcade Automaten zu bauen. Für die Steuerung habe ich zwar schon die Buttons, jedoch fehlte mir noch die Steuereinheit. Alles an den Raspberry Pi angeschlossen und es funktioniert. Nun muss nur noch das Gehäuse fertig gebaut werden und der Spaß kann losgehen.
