Q: What tool is required in order to rotate the screen? Cannot seem to unlock it to rotate.

No tool is required in order to rotate the scree, unique damping design, you don't need to unlock the screen, just push and pull the screen with your hands, the screen will stay at the angle you want. Please check the video.

Q: For a PowerPoint presentation (not just text) what software do you use to flip the image?

Hello, no teleprompter software on the market currently develops PowerPoint presentation. You may need to ask PowerPoint presentation customer service if their software has a flipping feature, or you may need to find software that flips your tablet over.

Q: I have a monitor that is 10.5 inches high (lilliput bm150-4k). will it fit on this teleprompter?

Yes it can fit it. Normally it can just fit 10 inches high tablet, but you can release the rear locking screw, in that case you can let the tablet arm outstretch 0.5" more. Then lock the screw again, see the video please.
