I love this stuff. I have puffy/baggy eyes -- partly genetic, partly getting older, partly due to weight loss (GLP-1 thank you!). Immediately when I put this on I can feel my skin tightening, and the puffiness/bagginess are less noticeable. It's visibly discernible. Very impressive! I can't tell that it helps with my dark circles -- something else I have unfortunately -- and I wouldn't get this if that's the primary concern you have. The product itself goes a long way. There's a lot to it. I find a small peppercorn's worth is enough for both eyes, under each eye and onto the orbital bone as well as around the side. The product has absolutely no smell -- completely scentless as far as I can tell. The product has an oiliness, and quickly dries, first becoming a bit tacky before drying completely. It's not advertised as being a moisturizer, nor would I trust it as such. I apply an under-eye cream afterwards (Brickell brand, but frankly any good brand would work). I have a small number of skincare products that I'll always use, and this is one of them. It worked right away. The price is right. Even if you're on the fence, since the price is so low, I'd try it out to see if it'll work for you.

So I used this product as directed. Once in the morning, once at night every single day for the month of December - except for 2 mornings (I was running late for work) and 1 evening (too tired). I did not notice a difference in the dark circles. I have them bad and they are still bad. However, I did notice that they are less puffy. The first photo was taken the day I received the product and was about to use it- so it is a true BEFORE photo. The second photo is January 1st. The puffiness is noticeably less to me, but the circles are still really bad. I suffer from insomnia, a deviated septum and year round allergies- all contributing to my circles. Still looking for that magic to help my eyes look better. Another note- the first 2 to 2 1/2 weeks, the serum was fine to apply... after that it did start to burn and sting my skin on my left eye only. Very weird. No redness, no peeling, just burning and stinging for a bit and then it subsided and only on one eye. EDIT- the published review is putting my photos out of order, therefore the first photo is Jan 1st and the second one is the right before I started to use the product.
