This is the 5th book in the “The Broken Immortals Series”. Tessa as usual is always doing for others but doesn’t come out on top. This is a entertaining, action packed, pager turner at its best. Love the plot with Tessa as the queen protecting the wolf pack she controls. Tessa Lycan son does something that he is not supposed to and he suffers the consequences severely.This is a great series waiting for the finale.I received an ARC via Booksprout and I am leaving my review voluntarily.

It is never ending for Tessa and the hits just keep on coming. This continues Trssa's darker story and it is a page turner. The storyline is creative, interesting and engaging. Amazing read.

I started with the Darke King and loved it. Each consecutive book is good in and of itself but I no longer know what kind of ending I'm hoping for. Tessa's suffering seems unending. Each book ends with her in misery and it's hard to take. However, I do recommend it as its a very interesting story.

After reviewing the first 4 books in this series for booksprout I couldn't just stop when the story continues. So I purchased the rest of the series. So much heartbreak for Tessa, she always seems to be the one who has to sacrifice and to end up having to put with those two pricks, unbelievable! Her suffering seems to know no bounds and it just keeps going. Teddy can't seem to learn from his past mistakes. This was kind of a love/hate because of those two who shall be nameless benefit from Tessa's loss and suffering.
