Yes, it does (ONLY) fit A03S US Version, the phone model number is 【 SM-A037U 】 , included A037U ZKDXAA ( Which mean A03s Unlocked Version), this difference “ZKDXAA” at the end of SM-A037U depends on the difference of Carriers, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon. You can check your phone model You can find the Model Number of your phone in Settings > About Phone > Model Number as the kindly nice dear customer said below.

Yes it fits...screen protector fits only on the screen whether it is in the case or not.

This is a 2 layer case but inner layer is a little more firm than most 2 part cases I've had. It's been dropped, kicked, thrown and only cracked the screen protector so it's solid protection.
