Q: Will this work on 240v power?

I have an off-grid power source that puts out 240v. I use this for my cryptocurrency mining rig and have had it on 24/7 for the last 3 months with no hiccups. All I can say is that it is working for me - so far.

Q: What is the best and cleanest way to hook this psu up to an rtx 4090 in a small form factor case?

due to its size, there is no good way. it is designed for mid tower & up.
