Q: What is the height? Base of threads to the top? I have limited vertical space. Thanks

I no longer have the air admission valve in front of me but off the top of my head I would say 4- 5 inches! Keep in mind that you might need some type of adapter if the bottom threads don’t match what you’re trying to vent!

Q: I have a copper drain pipe can this be use and why should i use this vs not using it?

Yes you can use on copper, you should use if not you will get gases that are harm full , also it keeps out the smell l , as far as venting the pipe it will work without valve

Q: your picture shows the vertical length to be 2.8inches. is that accurate?

Aproximstely 1 3/4" From the top of the main body to where threads begin. Plus Apriximately 1" of threads.
