Has everything you need to learn the theory. I am halfway and have learned a lot already.

I'm suprised to see some one star reviews. I've had no issues with using this book; the fonts look ok and the pictures are good. The references in the index are generally to the rule numbers, not page numbers.One might not agree with the "H" rules for giving more priority to pedestrians and cyclists etc, but that's not the fault of the book itself.

Great for knowledge of highway code

Bought to prepare for my ' Speed Awareness Course ' - beware of 20 mph Camera Vans !This new edition Highway Code really did help me - after MANY years since I passed my Driving Test,to revise and refresh my roadcraft, and hopefully avoid further penalties...If you think you know it all as a driver - this new edition Highway Code will bring you up to date and educateyou in best practice for today's busy roads.

Every driver should have one of these and read it on a regular basis. In fact it should be on the national curriculum and have a written test before anyone gets their driving licence.

Needed to buy a new update copy. So many new rules. Every car should have one. Nice compact size fits in the glove compartment.
